HOW DOES IT WORK?

Get in touch - Send your existing resume* along with the job description and where you saw it advertised for the desired position to info@wanderlustresumes.com or Book Online and schedule a call.

Payment will be required upfront and work will commence once received. Please allow 7 days for work to be completed following your "Deep-dive Consultation".

Consultation - We will contact you to determine your current situation and the direction you'd like to go with your career. You will be sent a Resume Questionnaire to complete and we will schedule your "Deep-dive Consultation". This will significantly assist in getting to know you, your achievements and effectively understand your needs and career goals.

Draft - You will receive draft documents to review and request revisions.

Finalise - Revisions will be completed and final documents sent.

 

*If you do not have an existing resume, please click here to complete a questionnaire outlining your work history, education, referees etc. I will then review the information that you have provided and schedule your "Deep-dive Consultation".

WHAT IF I NEED IT NOW?

If you're in a hurry and need your resume expidited, this can be arranged with us directly for an additional fee of $250 (+GST) and is subject to availability. A minimum of 72 hours notice prior to a role closing is required. 

Upon completion of your Resume Questionnaire and "Deep-dive Consultation", your documents will be completed within 48-72 hours.

WILL YOU ACCESS MY LINKEDIN PROFILE?

No. Due to LinkedIn's Terms of Use, I am not able to access or update profiles on the LinkedIn Platform.  A mock up will be written and delivered via a Word Document only.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?

Full payment is required upfront prior to commencement of any work. Payment is acceptance of our Terms & Conditions. Payment will be accepted via debit/credit card via Stripe, LayBuy*, Paypal or direct credit into our business account. Payment details will be advised on your invoice.

*To purchase using Laybuy, your purchase must be transacted online.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

All sales are final and non-refundable. Trial or grace periods are not offered after purchasing a Wanderlust Resumes service, however, you are entitled to unlimited revisions within 14 days of receipt of final documents to ensure you are fully satisfied with your new resume.  A request for a new set of resume and/or cover letter tailored to a different role or industry than originally agreed are not included in revisions.

WHAT IF I'M NOT IN THE TRAVEL INDUSTRY? CAN I STILL USE YOUR SERVICES?

Yes absolutely. I specialise in Travel Industry due to my extensive experience in this area, however, I have done many resumes outside of this niche. We can also refer you to a Resume Writer who specialises in your field if necessary.
